Driving customer acquisitions from social throughout the pandemic

We worked with London-based bespoke nutrition provider Fresh Fitness Food to grow awareness of the brand in the UK and drive increased sales at a lower cost per customer acquisition. All whilst a global pandemic put the UK, amongst other countries, on lockdown.  

Working with FFF’s team of experts, their range of brand ambassadors and our own team’s expertise we’ve developed content strands that showcase the brand’s credentials in the world of nutrition and fitness.

During the first lockdown we created an authentic, motivational, and promotional ambassador campaign and then as lockdown eased we created an autumn influencers campaign with 40 of the UK’s biggest fitness influencers.

Our ambassador campaign helped increase engagement by 120% in just a few weeks whilst our autumn influencer campaibgn went live in conjunction with the launch of Instagram Reels drove an increase of organic video views of over 45K from the previous month and is FFF’s most successful campaign to date.     

Through our always-optimised approach to paid media planning and buying we were able to successfully drive down the cost of customer acquisition dramatically and deliver over £600K worth of additional sales during lockdown.
