Paid Social Media Executive

The role reports directly into the Paid Media Manager with additional support from the Paid Media Trainee(s).

The role entails the delivery and strategic planning of paid social campaigns across the client portfolio. The PSME will assist in the set up, running and reporting of all ads as well as assisting the strategy team in setting benchmarks for posts.

You are expected to be organised and display excellent attention to detail with strong time management. You will be able to assist the team with recommendations for ad copy, content and placement.

Oversight for personal and professional development lies with the Paid Media Manager who will provide regular 1-2-1 time for you to share updates in order for them to give guidance and support. Additionally you will have regular contact time and guidance from the Operations Manager, Strategy Director and MD.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Delivery of strategic ad campaigns
  • Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and content calendars – tracking results of live campaigns to show key learnings.
  • Offering advice on optimal content creation with the strategists and in-house creative team
  • Contributing to the creation of desks
  • Budget management across client base to gain understanding of how/where spend is invested across clients
  • Awareness of the full client portfolio
  • Supporting other teams to deliver where scope allows
  • Leading team brainstorms
  • Present and share knowledge with the team
  • Take an active role in company culture
  • Work on multiple projects and deliver in a timely manner
  • Working with PMM to offer advice and guidance directly to Strategists on content, copy, platform and budgeting.
  • Conduct extensive audience research and analysis, ad testing across
    multiple channels.
  • Keep up to date with latest developments and trends across Paid media.

Social Media Executive (6-month fixed term contract)

The role reports directly into the Strategist and Lead Strategist with additional support from the Junior Strategist(s).

The role is responsible for reporting on social media insights and engaging, building and proactively managing a positive social media community.

You are expected to display excellent attention to detail along with strong organisation and time management. You will need to demonstrate your experience of working independently and as part of a team.

Your Line Manager will provide regular 1-2-1 time for you to share updates in order for them to give guidance and support your development.

Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Social media reporting – creating weekly, monthly, project and quarterly reports on social media metrics, content and learnings.
  • Understanding of Insight and Listening tools.
  • Fostering and building a social community through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with knowledge of other social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently ensure you are using the correct client voice, monitoring/posting content and managing the daily operations of various social channels.
  • Supporting the Strategists with the delivery of strategic social media management across your client base.
  • Briefing of social media content creation with the in-house creative team.
  • Supporting clients other agencies (media, PR etc.) with workflow where necessary.
  • Taking part in regular team brainstorms.
  • Sharing and presenting internal learnings with the wider team.

Design Intern (6-month fixed term contract)

We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative graduate to join our growing creative team. The role reports directly into the Head of Studio. You would be an integral part of the content production team, working closely with Head of Studio, Mid/Senior Producers and the Content Strategists.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in all things digital and will have a degree level qualification or at least 1+ years’ experience.

The role is responsible for creating content across the client portfolio This could involve motion design and video editing with an emphasis on digital design. You will be required to help translate a client brief into ideas and then execute with pixel perfection.

You are expected to display excellent attention to detail along with strong time and organisation management. The team will support you in the development of your knowledge across social & digital content creation, strategic thinking, best practices and software skills.

Your Line Manager will provide regular 1-2-1 time for you to share updates in order for them to give guidance and support your development.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Create digital content for social media posts, stories and digital advertising.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including photoshop, illustrator, after effects and premier.
  • Be comfortable adapting existing client assets and creating new ones from scratch.
  • Create and translate storyboards/mockups into final designs and videos.
  • Support the content and strategy teams to deliver conceptual ideas and content for a varied client base.
  • Work across video editing, motion and digital design while balancing creativity with effectiveness.
  • Taking part in regular team brainstorms and discussions.
  • Supporting others to deliver campaigns and client projects where scope allows.
  • Sharing internal learnings with the wider team.
  • Have an active role in team events and company culture.

Video Intern

6-month Internship.

Are you a recent graduate specialising in video editing or motion graphics? Does the chance to work with one of the biggest entertainment brands in the world appeal to you? The successful candidate will be joining our team based in East London and be responsible for supporting the delivery of award-winning creative from our content production team.

We are looking for a quick-thinker who is adaptable, able to multi-task and produce work to a tight deadline. You’ll be keen to hit the ground running!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Produce video assets for key brand clients social channels
  • Exporting and transcoding video for use on various social media channels
  • Possess a dynamic style of video editing, adapting to specific brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Deliver a high-volume of content working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Take onboard feedback from both the client and internal senior team
  • Work collaboratively within a team
  • Be able to prioritise
  • A sense of enthusiasm for video editing and a passion for film and TV
  • Research ideas, historical information and source new informative in relation to briefs

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in a relevant discipline (e.g. video editing, motion graphics, film production, graphic design & video)
  • Solid knowledge of content platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others
  • Experience working with various teams and levels of seniority
  • Excellent understanding of Adobe creative cloud apps, specifically Premiere Pro
  • Good understanding of video tech specs
  • A keen interest in keeping abreast of new ideas, trends and technologies within the field of media
