We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Assistant/Finance Manager to join our London team. Reporting directly into the Finance Director, you'll work closely together to support financial stability and growth across the business. You'll adopt effective workflow processes with ownership of credit control, payroll and banking. Producing regular financial reports, you'll spot inefficiencies and present solutions to workflow processes. You'll be an effective communicator, building positive relationships with key stakeholders and financial partners, both internal and external to the business. What will I be doing? * Credit control- Manage and deliver all client invoices, ensuring payments are received on time and chasing any debtors. This should also cover management of outgoing payments to our suppliers, ensuring this is updated in our cashflow. * Payroll across multiple territories- UK, AMS, ZA and CPN - Ability to work confidently with multiple currencies and conversions. * Banking- to make all outgoing payments via the correct bank account depending on the division/territory. * Admin- Keeping financial documents up to date and general admin duties of review supplier contracts and negotiating the best price., Wilderness values diversity and we are committed to providing a working environment in which all staff members are recognised and provided with equal opportunity to contribute.
