Junior Strategist / Social Media Executive
We are on the hunt for a motor-mad Junior Strategist/Social Media Executive, with a keen knowledge of motoring sports/TV who can talk and think like a fan.

The role reports directly into the social Strategist with additional support from the Junior Strategist(s).

This role is responsible for the strategic delivery of client requests across their key social channels, regular client meetings, strategic planning, overseeing campaign delivery and content creation with ownership of monthly content plans, community management and reporting.

Your role is to work closely with your direct manager who will assist with smooth client management and strategic oversight of campaigns and delivery. They will provide regular 1-2-1 time for you to share updates in order for them to give guidance and support your development.

Areas of Responsibility:

Supporting the Strategists with the delivery of strategic social media management across your client base.
Producing all content calendars, delivery of community management, briefing content creation and reporting across client base.
Contributing to the creation of decks.
Awareness of budget and how this is being spent.
Strategic planning through content, copy, platform, and budgeting.
Attending regular client updates, calls and meetings and presenting reports.
Taking part in client-critical discussions having an impact on decision-making.
Inputting into media plans and ad strategy alongside the Paid Media Manager and the senior team.
Awareness of the company’s full client portfolio and supporting other teams to deliver campaigns and client projects where scope allows.
Supporting clients other agencies (media, PR etc) with workflow where necessary.
Taking part in regular team brainstorms
Sharing and presenting internal learnings with the wider team
Supporting new business and agency promotion.
Awareness of Insight and Listening tools

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of current trends in motoring with a keen interest in motoring sports/TV
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
A team player who’s willing to collaborate with peers to resolve problems but also confident to work autonomously.
An enthusiastic and positive approach to challenges and eager to seek opportunities.
Resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
