Creative Traffic Manager

Wilderness is seeking a highly talented Traffic Manager to join our creative and operations teams, based in London. This team is responsible for creating visual content for a wide range of social media channels and supporting the ongoing success of the social strategy and paid media teams.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Head of Creative, the Traffic Manager will be responsible for each task being properly staffed and set up for success. You will manage workflows, including receiving and checking creative briefs with stakeholders, assigning jobs to relevant team members and managing production timeline. You will ensure that deadlines are met on a daily basis whilst delivering outputs that meet stakeholders expectations and brand standards.

You will have in-depth resource management experience, a background in production, strong experience working with creative/production teams, effective cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to prioritise and problem solve.

Areas of Responsibility:

Daily management of projects, intake and assessing creative briefs are submitted correctly
Assign tasks and check the status of deadlines, outstanding tasks and backlog with the use of a project management tool. (InMotion Ignite)
Ensure that proofing and approval process in maintained and monitor rounds of amends.
Work across multiple projects and ensure all parties are informed of progress and problems in a timely manner.
Understand localisation processes and their timelines.
Oversee project resources and assist with the management of freelance requirements.
Work with Creative lead to locate and onboard vendors/freelancers and maintaining a bench for future work.
Monitor current traffic processes – advise on best practice and provide improvements
Establish effective relationships with key departments and partners.
Report regularly on project status, workloads and team resource.
Hold regular production meetings with Head of Creative and provide status updates.
Maintain and audit of all creative assets, files and artworks.
